Allan Richards is a qualified Solicitor of the Senior Courts of England and Wales, admitted to the Roll on 16 November 1987. He is registered with the Solicitors Regulation Authority under SRA ID 138034.

With over 35 years of legal experience, Mr Richards specialises in fiduciary law, cross-border estate regularisation, and the structured disposal of dormant or unallocated assets under private treaty frameworks.

Throughout his career, he has advised private individuals, trustees, and institutional clients on matters involving offshore holdings, legacy reconciliation, and asset reallocation under non-contentious procedures. His current role includes procedural oversight and legal validation for regulated disposal frameworks involving both tangible and digital assets.

Monica Lane is an experienced Trust & Compliance Officer with over 15 years of practice in fiduciary auditing, procedural oversight and regulatory compliance under UK and EU frameworks.

She is responsible for ensuring that all internal operations meet the required standards of transparency, due diligence, and legal consistency. Her role includes reviewing procedural documentation, monitoring risk exposure, and verifying that all disposals and transfers comply with applicable cross-border regulations.

Prior to joining the CTDA framework, Ms Lane held compliance leadership roles within private banking, structured finance, and high-value estate management, developing a rigorous and methodical approach to internal control. She is known for her precision, her commitment to ethical standards, and her ability to operate in high-integrity environments.

He specialises in asset disposition procedures, probate-related settlements, and non-contentious legal operations, acting on behalf of private clients in matters involving unencumbered assets and regulated disposals.
